Angie Hodgkinson

Head of Services and responsible individual. 


Angie joined C4EC June 2020, As a manager, she has nearly 30 years’ experience of working with children and young people who display emotional and challenging behaviours that have often experienced early years trauma. During her years, she has managed 3 other childrens homes for different organisations and prides herself on the foundations she creates, to enable young people to acquire life skills that better prepare them for adulthood.

Angie took on the role of the Head of Care and then recently the Responsible Individual, she believes that all children and young people should be given opportunities that they would have had, if they had been born to different parents. Angie believes in ‘Structure’-‘Routines’ and ‘Boundaries’ as she feels this gives the young people consistency and predictability, allowing the young people to feel safe, cared for and most of all important!

  • Chris Roberts

    HEAD OF CARE

    Chris joined C4EC December 22, Chris has over 10 years’ experience in residential care and focused his efforts on working with children and young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Since becoming the manager at Red Lodge, he has created a safe and nurturing environment for the children and young people to thrive. Chris is passionate in not only supporting the children and young people, but also upskilling the team around him.

  • Lisa Grimes

    MANAGER - MOSS FARM

    Lisa Joined C4EC July 2021, as an interim manager and gained Ofsted registration as the Registered Manager December 2021. Lisa has over 14 years’ experience in residential care supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 - 18 years. Lisa shares her wealth of knowledge and experience working with challenging children form traumatic backgrounds. Lisa is excited to take on a new home and build her own team.

  • Lorna O'Keefe

    MANAGER - BANK HOUSE

    Lorna joined C4EC February 2022, she has over 27 years’ experience working within children’s residential settings. Supporting children and young people with emotional, behavioral and social difficulties, often as a result of adverse childhood experiences and significant emotional trauma. Lorna is the manager at Bank House and leads the team to help the children create amazing childhood experiences and memories and help them develop into independent achieving, resilient, happy young adults.

  • Daniel Holmes

    MANAGER - THE PADDOCKS

    Daniel Joined C4EC August 22. As a Deputy Manager, Daniel has over 10 years of experience working within a setting that had many homes, his skills and abilities to stabilise homes and develop staff were used on many occasion. He has an ability to positively engage children and young people who have emotional and behavioral difficulties. Daniel has recently took up the position of Manager at The Paddocks and is supporting the team around him to best support the children and young people.

  • Carolyn Kidd

    MANAGER - THE OLD HOUSE

    Carolyn joined C4EC Nov 22, as the Deputy Manager supporting another home within the organisation, Carolyn has worked previously for many years in residential settings, working with children and young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Carolyn also supported another home as a casual worker to support them during lockdown. Her expertise is getting the best out of each and every child/ young person that she works with, and gaining positive outcomes for them. Carolyn has transitioned to the manager at The Old House.

  • Sabrina Morrow

    MANAGER - MILLBROW HOUSE

    Sabrina Joined C4EC February 2021 she has over 9 years’ experience in working in residential care, mainly managing homes with children who have Learning disabilities and Autism, Spectrum Disorders. Sabrina wanted to work within a setting whereby the children and young people have emotional and behavioral difficulties due to early life trauma, Sabrina has managed to change of needs that the young people have and has found a natural ability to connect with the children and young people, she is a great believer in ensuring they achieve positive outcomes. Sabrina is excited to be taking over the role of manager at Millbrow House.

  • Toni Ennis

    REFERRAL MANAGER

    Toni is our Referral Manager. She has worked in residential for the last 5 years and was a senior at her last placement. She is qualified with an NVQ level 3 in children and young people. She is TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) trained and has completed various other training. Her role is to work for Care 4 Every Child alongside local authorities and other professionals to place our young people within our homes.

  • Sophie Robinson

    RECRUITMENT MANAGER

    Her role is to bring in the staff to work for Care 4 Every Child following the safer recruitment process. She has been working with us since January 2023.

  • Carol Lacey

    ADMIN ASSISTANT

    Carol joined the company in 2020. Carol’s role is to support the company with all administrative duties, include supporting with safer recruitment and HR administration.

  • Amanda Sutton

    MANAGER - HUNTERS BARN

    Amanda has worked with Young People aged 11 to 18 previously and during this time she achieved her Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care for Young People and Young People, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy certificate, and had previously achieved her Diploma in Childcare and Education. Amanda has worked within Young People’s Residential for 8 years prior to going to Bank House, our sister home, and has keenly acquired knowledge and experience on both a frontline Senior and Assistant Manager level.

  • Rochelle Hey

    MANAGER - RED LODGE

    Rochelle joined C4EC In November 2024, she has over 25 years’ experience working within children’s residential settings, the majority of which have been at Management level.  Rochelle enjoys providing a nurturing and structured environment for children to thrive within allowing them to reach their true and full potential.  Rochelle prides herself on maintaining a homely environment for Children to live in and is enjoying her new role at Red Lodge and being part of C4EC

  • Lisa Seabrook

    MANAGER - THE OAKS

    Lisa joined the team in November 2024 and is currently awaiting OFSTEAD registration to become a Registered Manager. With 18 years of experience in residential and secure residential care , Lisa has dedicated her career to supporting children and young people who have faced significant challenges, including adverse childhood experiences, trauma, criminality and exploitation. Lisa has delivered therapeutic interventions to children and young people on a referral basis within a school setting and previously served as a Pastoral Manager at a specialist provision for students aged 7-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs, In addition to this role , Lisa served as Deputy Safeguarding Lead and Senior Mental Health Lead , ensuring the wellbeing and safety of students. Lisa has personal experiences with diversity and disabilities and understands the challenges, the challenges of supporting a young person with additional needs as they transition into adulthood. 

  • Mike Aston

    HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

    Mike is our head of Development Manager, He has been within the residential care sector for over 13 years working in the EBD sector. Mike arrives with considerable experience and knowledge within all areas of the children care sector. Mike arrives from an RI and Operational role, prior to that role Mike managed a home from RI to Outstanding within two OFSTED inspections. Mike will head up the development and growth of C4EC, which will provide more opportunities for development for our fantastic staff. Mike values himself on providing the best care possible for every child and that every child deserves an opportunity to be loved and cared for no matter what the circumstances.
