Angie Hodgkinson
Head of Services and responsible individual
Angie joined C4EC in June 2020 as a Manager and brings over 30 years of extensive experience working with children and young people who present with emotional and behavioural difficulties, many of whom have experienced significant childhood trauma and adversity. Throughout her distinguished career, Angie has successfully managed three children's homes across different organisations, consistently driving high standards of care and positive outcomes. She is passionate about creating stable, nurturing environments where children and young people can heal, thrive, and develop the confidence, resilience, and life skills needed to succeed in adulthood.
As Head of Service and Responsible Individual for Care 4 Every Child, Angie provides strategic leadership and oversight across the organisation, ensuring that children remain at the heart of everything the service delivers. She is a strong advocate for championing the rights of children and firmly believes that every child and young person deserves the same opportunities, experiences, and aspirations as their peers, regardless of their background or life circumstances.
Angie's practice is underpinned by the principles of structure, routine, and clear boundaries. She believes these are essential in providing consistency, security, and predictability, enabling children and young people to feel safe, valued, respected, and empowered. Caz kidd
HEAD OF CARE
Carolyn joined C4EC in November 2022 as Deputy Manager, supporting another home within the organisation. She brings many years of experience working in residential settings with children and young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. Carolyn subsequently became the Registered Manager of The Old House, where her strong leadership and commitment to high-quality care contributed to the home achieving an Outstanding rating for leadership and management. She is passionate about helping each child and young person reach their full potential, tailoring her approach to meet their individual needs. Her expertise lies in building positive relationships, promoting resilience, and supporting children and young people to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Mike Aston
HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT/REFERRAL MANAGER
Mike is the Head of Development for C4EC and brings over 13 years of experience within the residential childcare sector, specialising in supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Throughout his career, Mike has developed extensive knowledge and expertise across all areas of children's residential care, establishing a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services and achieving positive outcomes for young people.
Prior to joining C4EC, Mike held Responsible Individual and Operational Management positions, providing strategic oversight and leadership across multiple services. Before this, he successfully led a children's home from its registration through to achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
As Head of Development, Mike is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of C4EC, creating new opportunities for both children and young people and the dedicated staff who support them. He is passionate about developing high-quality services that make a lasting difference and is committed to ensuring that C4EC continues to provide outstanding care and support.
Mike firmly believes that every child deserves the opportunity to be loved, nurtured, and cared for, regardless of their circumstances or experiences. His values-driven approach, combined with his leadership experience and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes, helps ensure that children remain at the heart of everything C4EC does

Karen Topping
MANAGER - BANK HOUSE
Karen joined C4EC in March 2022 as a Residential Care Worker and has progressed steadily within the organisation. Throughout her career development, she has continued to build her knowledge and skills while working alongside experienced managers. During this time, Karen successfully achieved her Level 4 qualification and has recently completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. Her commitment to professional development and continuous learning has supported her progression and prepared her for increased responsibilities within the organisation.

Lisa Grimes
MANAGER - MOSS FARM
Lisa joined C4EC in July 2021 as an Interim Manager and achieved Ofsted registration as the Registered Manager in December 2021. She has over 14 years of experience in residential care, supporting children and young people aged 5 to 18 years. Throughout her career, Lisa has developed extensive knowledge and expertise in working with children and young people who present with challenging behaviours and have experienced trauma. She is passionate about providing high-quality care and creating positive outcomes for those in her care. Lisa is excited to take on the opportunity of leading a new home, building a strong and dedicated team, and establishing a nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.

Daniel Holmes
MANAGER - THE PADDOCKS
Daniel joined C4EC in August 2022 as a Deputy Manager, bringing with him over 10 years of experience working within residential childcare services across multiple homes. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to support the stabilisation of homes, develop effective teams, and promote high standards of care. His skills in mentoring and supporting staff have been instrumental in strengthening services and improving outcomes for children and young people.
Daniel has a natural ability to build positive and meaningful relationships with children and young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. Through his calm, consistent, and child-centred approach, he helps young people feel safe, understood, and supported to overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
More recently, Daniel has taken on the role of Manager at The Paddocks, where he is leading and supporting his team to deliver outstanding care and create a nurturing environment for the children and young people in their care. He is passionate about developing both staff and young people, ensuring that everyone is given the opportunity to succeed and thrive. His commitment to continuous improvement, strong leadership, and positive outcomes makes him a valued member of the C4EC management team.

Shelby Moran
MANAGER - THE OLD HOUSE
Shelby joined C4EC in 2022 and has progressed rapidly within the organisation, demonstrating dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. Beginning her journey as a Senior Support Worker, Shelby quickly established herself as a valued member of the team and progressed into the role of Assistant Manager.
During her time as Assistant Manager, Shelby spent over two years developing her leadership skills, knowledge, and experience within residential childcare. Working closely alongside the House Manager, she gained a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities of a Registered Manager and was supported to build her confidence, decision-making abilities, and leadership capability.
Shelby's passion for personal and professional development is reflected in her achievement of the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, which she completed with a Distinction grade. This significant accomplishment further enhanced her knowledge and skills, supporting her continued career progression and preparing her for greater leadership responsibilities.

Sabrina Morrow
MANAGER - MILLBROW HOUSE
Sabrina joined C4EC in February 2021 and brings over nine years of experience in residential childcare. Much of her career has been dedicated to managing homes that support children and young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders, where she developed a strong understanding of delivering person-centred care and achieving positive outcomes.
Seeking to broaden her experience, Sabrina chose to work within services supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties arising from early life trauma. She has embraced this transition and demonstrated a natural ability to build trusting relationships with children and young people, helping them feel safe, valued, and understood. Her compassionate and nurturing approach enables her to support young people in overcoming challenges, developing resilience, and reaching their full potential.
Sabrina is a passionate advocate for ensuring that every child and young person is given the opportunity to achieve positive outcomes, regardless of their background or experiences. She is committed to creating a stable, supportive, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive and develop the skills they need for the future.
Sabrina is excited to be taking on the role of Manager at Millbrow House and looks forward to leading and developing a strong team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding care and making a lasting difference in the lives of the children and young people they support.

Amanda Sutton
MANAGER - HUNTERS BARN
Amanda has extensive experience working with young people aged 11 to 18 and has dedicated her career to supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes. Throughout her professional development, she has achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services, a Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Certificate, and previously completed her Diploma in Childcare and Education.
Prior to joining Bank House, our sister home, Amanda gained eight years of experience within children's residential care, where she developed a broad range of skills and knowledge across both frontline and management roles. During this time, she successfully progressed through Senior Residential Care Worker and Assistant Manager positions, building strong expertise in supporting children and young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
Amanda's combination of practical experience, leadership skills, and specialist training enables her to provide effective support to both young people and staff teams. She is passionate about delivering high-quality care, promoting positive relationships, and ensuring that every child and young person is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

MANAGER - THE OAKS
Victoria is a dedicated and experienced health and social care manager with over 16 years of experience working within residential care services for adults, children, and young people. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, trauma histories, and complex behaviours, developing a strong person-centred approach to care.
Victoria has extensive experience working with children and young people and has most recently managed two solo-placement homes supporting young people with complex needs. She has a thorough understanding of Ofsted requirements, relevant legislation, and best practice within children's residential care.
Victoria holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services. She is passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where children and young people can thrive and achieve positive outcomes.

MANAGER-THE BARN
Toni joined C4EC in February 2020 as a Residential Care Worker and quickly progressed to the role of Senior Care Worker. She then spent two years as the Referral Manager, where she developed a strong understanding of the referral and placement process. Building on this experience, Toni progressed into a Deputy Manager role before being appointed as the Registered Manager of The Barn. Toni has excelled in her leadership role, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, supporting her team, and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. Her progression within the organisation reflects her dedication, professionalism, and passion for residential childcare.

Joshua Graham
MANAGER-THE MOSSLANDS
Joshua joined C4EC in May 2022 as a Senior Residential Care Worker and has demonstrated exceptional commitment, professionalism, and dedication throughout his career progression within the organisation. Through his hard work and determination, Joshua quickly developed his skills and knowledge, progressing into a Deputy Manager role before recently being appointed as the Manager of The Mosslands.
During his time with C4EC, Joshua has gained valuable experience supporting children and young people with a range of emotional and behavioural needs. He has consistently shown a willingness to learn, develop, and take on new responsibilities, earning the respect of both his colleagues and the young people he supports.

RECRUITMENT MANAGER
She joined C4EC in January 2023 and plays a key role in the organisation's recruitment processes. Her primary responsibility is to attract, recruit, and onboard high-quality staff to work for Care 4 Every Child, ensuring that all recruitment activities are conducted in line with safer recruitment practices and safeguarding requirements. Through her thorough and diligent approach, she helps ensure that the organisation appoints individuals who are committed to providing the highest standards of care and support to children and young people. Her work is instrumental in building strong, skilled teams across the organisation.

ADMINISTRATOR
Sharon joined C4EC December 2025, Sharon is an experienced Office Administrator with over 25 years of experience supporting business operations and recruitment functions, records management, office administration, and recruitment coordination.
Sharon has strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering efficient, professional administrative support while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
MAINTENANCE Team
Meet our maintenance team at Care 4 Every Child, they ensure everything runs smoothly, safely and efficiently. From decorating, emergency repairs, joinery, pluming and upkeep, they handle it in their stride. Their commitment keeps our homes in pristine condition and a beautiful environment for our children to thrive.

Reggie is the Maintenance Manager with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of trades. He is a qualified plumber but can put his hand on anything. Reggie diversified into working in residential homes over 12 years ago. He thrives to ensure that the children’s homes are beautiful and always goes above and beyond for all the children within our homes.
